Lute Electric Co., Ltd. is rooted in Jinxiang County, Shandong Province, the hometown of Confucius and Mencius. It is a national designated manufacturer of power transformers and a key enterprise in China’s electrical machinery manufacturing industry.
The company covers an area of 180,000㎡ and is located in a core transportation hub. National Highway 105 (G105) runs through the area, providing efficient road transportation. Within a 100-km radius, it covers 4 major railway hubs: Jining, Yanzhou, Xuzhou, and Shangqiu. This forms a comprehensive and smooth logistics network for product delivery, enabling rapid response to global customer demands.

As a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D and manufacturing of power equipment, the company has an annual production capacity of 20 million kVA. Its main products include dry-type and oil-immersed transformers up to 110kV, as well as container substations, energy storage systems, special transformers for power transmission & distribution, rail transit, rectifier and traction dry-type transformers, etc.. Dry-Type Transformers: Including SCB13, SCB14, SCB18 series. The latest SCB18 adopts upgraded German thin-insulation technology, reducing noise by 15–20dB, lowering loss by 10–35%, improving flame retardancy by 8 times, and significantly enhancing mechanical and electrical strength. Its performance ranks among the world’s top levels, meeting safe power needs in various scenarios.
Oil-Immersed Transformers: Mainly S13, S20, S22 series up to 110kV, developed with Shenyang Transformer Research Institute using international advanced technology. They feature low no-load loss, economical operation, high reliability and no oil leakage. Amorphous alloy transformers further meet energy-saving and environmental protection trends, helping users reduce energy consumption.
Special Transformers: For nuclear islands, ships, rail transit and other special environments, products such as rectifier traction transformers, dual-split rectifier transformers, and amorphous alloy transformers meet strict stability and safety requirements, filling gaps in many niche sectors.
Energy Storage System: In response to the national “Dual Carbon” strategy, the company has strategically deployed in the new energy sector. It has formed a complete industrial chain: transformer production → energy storage system integration → factory testing → global delivery. With strong capabilities in R&D, manufacturing and system integration, the company provides customers with an integrated “equipment + integration + service” energy solution.
ESS Production & Export Scale: The company has built two intelligent production lines for energy storage systems with an annual capacity of 18.5GW, covering the entire chain from transformer production to system integration to factory testing & delivery. For export, our energy storage transformers have obtained CE certification. From 2022 to 2025, the export volume of energy storage products reached 13.2 GW, covering more than 30 countries and regions in Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, Africa and other regions. At present, the recognition in overseas markets continues to rise.
